Artistic
Practice
My artistic practice centers on the exploration of color, form, and observation. Working primarily in oil painting and oil pastels, I draw inspiration from nature, travel, and the quiet details of everyday life.
Influenced by Impressionism and Post-Impressionism, my approach moves between representation and abstraction, exploring how expressive gestures, layered color, and composition can evoke a sense of place, memory, and emotion.
I am particularly interested in the relationship between spontaneity and intention, allowing each work to develop through experimentation while maintaining a thoughtful approach to its subject and composition.
